How come I can receive SMS but can not send it?

Solution

In order to send SMS, please make sure you have the correct service center number from your mobile phone operator. Please go to Menu -> Messages-> SMS -> Message Settings -> Profile Settings. Check that the SC address is set and correct. If there is any missing in the Profile Settings, you have to ask for it from the carrier.
