My system may sometimes refuse to enter Control Panel (The entire Control Panel may appears like an empty folder) or run built in games (games simply won't run) under VISTA OS.
The problem disappears after disabling onboard audio device in BIOS, or under Device Manager.
What can I do to resolve this problem?

Solution
This is a VISTA OS problem, which requires the update of Microsoft Hotfix.
Please contact Microsoft for the QFE file related to KB929637 to obtain a copy of this Hotfix.
System should be back to normal after applying this hotfix onto systems experiencing such fault.
