Whenever I try to connect to OICQ or QQ in Express Gate, I recieve an unable to connect error. However, I tried running the same chat programs in Windows, and they work with no problem. How do I resolve this issue so that they will function in Express Gate?

Solution
Please make sure your Express Gate is version V1.4.9.10 or later. In addition, please make sure you have installed the IM software patch for Express Gate. You can download the latest version of Express Gate and the patch file from this link: http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us&model=P5Q
