Service Overview

ASUS Onsite Service provides professional local onsite service, which combines with online call and remote diagnostic support for the customer's warranty-covered notebook hardware, helping to keep the notebook’s peak condition all the time.

Benefits

  • Troubleshooting and diagnostic support
  • Onsite device repair by an ASUS Authorized Representative
  • Next business day service when call is received before 12 p.m. local time in most locations (depends on country limitation)
  • Service available on Monday through Friday, excluding holidays (You could get the information of local service available time from calling Asus local service center. Please click here to find local hotline information)

Requirements:

  • Product must be registered and Onsite service must be activated online..
  • The Onsite service does not cover software, battery, peripherals, free accessories such as mouse or bag, and customer induced damage.
  • Availability of local support depends on the country where service is requested and the location of ASUS authorized Service Center.

Purchase Conditions:

Must be purchased and activated within 1 year of your ASUS product purchase date
