Recently I bought an O!Play HD2. When I use USB 3.0 port to transfer files from my computer to HD2, the copying runs without any issue. However, I am unable to see the internal HDD on the user interface of HD2. If I remove the USB 3.0 cable, then the internal HDD appears on HD2's user interface. I do not see any explanation of this in the user's manual. Is this normal behavior?

Solution
This is normal behavior. While you use the USB 3.0 port (shown as 7 in the picture below), by design, you won’t be able to see the internal HDD in the user interface of your HD2. This does not affect file transfer at all. You must remove the USB 3.0 cable from the computer or HD2 to see the internal HDD on HD2's interface.
