Have you installed any other memory to the laptop? If so, please remove it in case of compatible problem which may cause in this situation. If not, could you please make sure that whether you have installed any programs that have compatible problem with the laptop.
If all the factors above have been excluded, could you please use some virus removal software to kill the virus? If no virus exists, could you pelase update the BIOS to latest version? You can do it with a Winflash software under Windows mode or with an Aflash utility in DOS mode and the correlative software can be downloaded from the following website, also the new BIOS version.
Please make sure that the power is on at all time during the operation.
If problem is still not solved, could you please re-install the OS? Don't forget to backup important datum before the operation and don't visit the Internet until the firewall and all the drivers are installed. Please make sure that you install Intel Inf Update and ATKACPI driver first, so that all the hardware can be correctly recognized.
If problem is still not solved here, could you please contact the local service center and ask the engineers there to do a detailed check for the laptop? I suggest you call them in advance for reservation to reduce waiting time.
