Solution 1. Please update nero7 to Current version for a test, you can download it from the link as follow:
http://www.nero.com/nero7/chs/nero7-up.php Before updating,please install bundling Nero 7 ESSENTIALS,then install the update software.

2. We recommend you to replace another brand disk for tests. For example, Mitsubishi, Verbatim and TDK disk(standard version) have good performance from customer's feedbacks.
