Please follow the procedure below:
1. Some confusion in operation system could lead to failture of update. Please re-install a pure Windows and update firmware without other softwares installed for a test.2. Please do not connect DRW-2014L1T/DRW-1814BLT to a SATA port which is under RAID mode.(this item is optional when the DRW is SATA interface)3. If above steps are not effective, please try to transfer the DRW to another PC for a test if you are in convenience.
