The webcam included on the monitor can be drive automatically by the operating system ( Windows XP/Vista/7 ).

Note : The ASUS Lifeframe2 utility for the LCD monitor can be used to edit video files. The Webcam can work without Lifeframe2, but Lifeframe2 needs to work with the Webcam in ASUS LCD monitor to work.

1.) Please check if the cable is connected to your computer correctly. One side should be connected to the USB 2.0 port ( close to square ).


The other side should be connected to the USB port on your computer.



2.) Please delete webcam in device manager, reboot, and install again to test.



3.) If it doesn't work, please change to another USB port and try again.

4.) If the problem still persists, please test it with another computer if possible to eliminate the hardware problem.
