Linux:

1. Cannot connect to Eee Storage server

1.1 Please connect the Eee PC to the Internet

1.2 Check if there is any proxy in the browser/MIS shield.

2. Need the Eee Storage account activation code

 2.1 Use the activation code on the "cover of the manual" to activate your account

 2.2 Update the Eee Storage in the Add/Remove Software icon.

2.3 If the options above still cannot fix the issue, please send the S/N to ASUS.

XP:

1. Cannot connect to Eee Storage server

2.2 Download the new version from ASUS site and install it

2.3 Make sure .NET framework 1.1 has been installed in Eee PC

2.4 If the options above still cannot fix the issue, please send the S/N to ASUS.
