Why “Windows Memory Diagnostic” can’t work when pressing “F9” during booting up?

Solution

Please press”F8” instead, there will be an option “repair your computer”, choose it ,click next, if you have password please type them in, then you will see an option “Windows Memory Diagnostic”, choose it and start it, windows will begin its memory diagnostic.
