Windows 7 language packs are available for computers that are running Windows 7 Ultimate or Windows 7 Enterprise.
Please go to “Control Panel”\”System and Security”\”System”, here you can check the Windows edition on your notebook.
If your PC is running Windows 7 Starter or Windows 7 Home Premium, with the Windows Anytime Update, you can upgrade to a higher version, and then you can install display languages.
